Bekah emphasizes the importance of filling out the workbook for visual campaigns, stating, “First and foremost, you need to fill out the workbook for your visual campaigns. You need to suss out the names of your campaigns, the ideas you have for your campaigns, and put it on paper.” Through this workbook you will be able to better organize your thoughts and creative ideas for your visual content, providing a structured foundation for the creative process.
Bekah also suggests creating inspiration boards on Pinterest or Instagram, explaining, “I want you to put together boards that resonate with you, that make you feel inspired, whether it’s building a board for your dream house, favorite foods, vacation, or clothes that you really like.” By curating these boards with images that inspire and resonate with you, you’ll be able to tap into creativity and draw inspiration for your own visual marketing campaigns.
Bekah highlights the importance of connecting emotions through visuals, stating, “It’s about showing your why and really showcasing that through your visuals.” By infusing their visuals with emotions and storytelling, members can create a deeper connection with their audience, making their content more engaging and impactful.
Bekah encourages you to take time to relax and meditate before your sessions, mentioning, “Even if that means like right before your session with Becca, you just take 30 minutes to relax, take 30 minutes, no phone, go meditate, or however you like to relax!” This practice will help you clear your mind, create space for new ideas, and approach your session with a refreshed and open mindset.
Bekah advises to think creatively, stating, “Members are advised to think creatively beyond the ad campaign and focus on creating visuals that evoke emotions and feelings related to the end result they want their ideal clients to experience.” By shifting the focus from the literal aspects of the campaign to the emotional impact you want to achieve, you can create visuals that resonate with your audience on a deeper level, leading to more compelling and effective content.
“Be open to receiving new ideas and trying different ways to display your creativity because your setting yourself up to fail if you aren’t.”
